Issues - Corsair One i500

Having issues with my Corsair One i500, and looking into it I’ve seen that they’ve pulled the computer from the shelves as well as responded to GamersNexus’ review saying they’d give full refunds to anyone who bought the model, no questions asked.

I know it’s a bit early on in the process, as I only submitted the ticket just over a day ago, but how long do these things typically go on for? Somewhat dismayed (putting it lightly) that my PC isn’t working as it should be, especially considering what the price tag was.

Nevermind it being incredibly stressful and hampering my streaming/content creation 🥲
