*Posted on other subreddits* I need advice. Should I quit uni?

For some context, I (25F) am a first year adult nursing student in the UK, almost finished my first semester/term. For many years I have struggled with anxiety, particularly health anxiety and depression. Before starting uni in January, I had been managing my anxiety really well for a few years, without panic attacks. Came off meds a few months before starting uni and was doing well off them. During my first simulated placement session, I had a terrifying panic attack. Hadn’t had one in years so it scared the crap out of me. Since then, my anxiety spiralled. I have missed 5 (I think) sessions, mostly theory lectures and one sim placement day. Off now for the next 4 weeks and then start clinical placement in May at my local hospitals gastro ward. And I really do not feel that I can manage it. Have a lot of anxiety about my health. Been back on meds for a couple weeks now which has slightly helped while I wait for therapy, but when I tried to return to uni last week, I spent the entire day in an empty classroom crying and throwing up. I know this is not healthy and mental health comes first, but I don’t have a plan for if I do leave uni. What the hell do I do?
