So, l've been brainstorming ways to make standups more meaningful and less chaotic, especially for remote teams like ours. I understand that no tool can "fix" a people problem entirely but I also do believe that we can make the experience smoother by removing some of the friction in our daily collaborations.

I've put together a super lightweight concept to test this idea out and would love your feedback. I want to know if something like this would actually help your team? Why or why not? This started as something to help just my own team, but if it has the potential to benefit the wider community, l'd love to hear your thoughts before I invest more time into it.
