What does this email mean? (StudentAid BC)

It’s my first time applying for student loans / grants and I received an email stating “We have processed the exception request for your application, and further action may be required. Please log in to your StudentAid BC account for more information.” but when I logged into my account, nothing out of the ordinary seemed to show up?
