Does Discovery+ have TNT sports in Canada?

I’m sorry if this question has already been answered but I’m just getting into football and have been trying to watch the Premier League and UEFA Champions League and it looks like TNT sports has access to both on discovery plus, but when I google search I can’t find anything on their actual website? Is this just not available in Canada? Does anyone have any alternatives for finding a worthwhile subscription to watch good leagues? I have FuboTV right now but wondering if there’s anything better out there

I’m really tired of watching streams with bad quality and constant freezing 😔
