Bunny safe floor cleaners/soaps?

My bunny is litter trained but she lifts her butt up to pee and occasionally lifts it over the edge of her litter box. So we have the bottom part of a hutch and put her litter box in that as a guard so the pee doesn’t actually get on her carpeting. What soap should I be using to clean the hutch and her litters? I’ve just been using water but I’m somewhat nose blind to pee but my mom can smell it and it bugs her.
