C-section scar hurting?

Had a c-section for my first born, and suddenly now around 22 weeks with second I’m feeling so much pressure on my scar (and inside if that makes sense) and it’s really hurting. Really unclear from reading online at what point I should be worried? Has anyone else had this discomfort/feeling around their scar?
