Car window problems

I have an issue on the passenger side window where the window goes down but doesn’t come up, it only comes up once when the car has restarted but not anymore after that. It doesn’t work on either buttons and the window regulator has been replaced but still the same issue, it is a 2014 seat Ibiza toca advice please?
