How can I start watching Star Wars?

I know this may sound odd but I really want to watch Star Wars. I am 28 and have never watched any yet. I have tried multiple times to watch but for some reason I cannot. I have a general problem with old movies as I cannot stay concentrated and lose interest. There are a lot of new movies and series from the franchise but in which order would you guys recommend to watch the movies/series?

Please help me be a part of this community and stay on the dark side.
