Exam deferral - first time

Hi everyone! I have a final tomorrow and Im super sick rn like legit on my deathbed. Ive never done a deferral before and I was wondering if I should submit sth today(day before final) or not show up tomorrow and then send it?

What are the chances? Will they accept or fail me?
