Need help understanding liver tests/ultrasound.

Background: I’m 30 Male, 5ft 11”, 15st 8lbs never smoked, have drank heavily in the past but never consistently and one or two during the weekend now. Been having reoccurring abdominal discomfort around the right quadrant but sometimes moving to the left but also an uncomfortable pain while lying down which feels like my organs are being squeezed. I’ve been seeing the doctor about this for about a year now and have recently had liver function tests and now an ultrasound which I’ll post the results below. My concern is because of my drinking habits in the past I’m worried this is more serious than the tests are showing, I know looking online is the worst thing to do but I read that liver cirrhosis can be missed on these tests, especially if it’s early stages. Part of my ultrasound mentions fatty liver so it’s left me with anxiety incase it’s worse than it’s picking up.

Labs:

Serum bilirubin level 7 umol/L [< 21.0] Serum total protein level 79 g/L[60.0 - 80.0] Serum albumin level 46 g/L [35.0 - 50.0] Serum globulin level 33 g/L [21.0 -35.0] Serum alkaline phosphatase level 73 u/L [30.0 - 130.0] Serum alanine aminotransferase level 27 u/L [< 45.0]

Ultrasound:

Liver is normal in size and outline with a mildly hyperechoic texture which suggests a degree of fatty infiltration. No focal lesions seen. No intra/extra hepatic Duct dilation evident. Hepatopetal flow is demonstrated within the portal vein with a velocity of 17.4cm/s. Borderline splenomagaly noted with the spleen measuring 12.7cm in length. The aorta, visualised portion of the pancreas and spleen looks normal. Gallbladder is thin walled and empty The common bile duct is of normal calibre. Both kidneys look normal in size (RT= 12cm and LT= 12.5cm), shape and pattern. No renal calculi or hydronephrosis seen.
