Question about CDbaby

I am so frustrated with CD Baby's lack of technical support. I registered a song for the first time, but decided to join BMI before distributing it. I can't seem to find anywhere to add this information. Everything says to click on the track and add information in the "songwriter" section. However, I am the songwriter and there's no way I can see to change my original input. I have submitted this question to support services three times and they (or AI) just automatically sends me the same information that doesn't work. It's possible I am doing something wrong, but there's no one to call and talk me through it. I just don't know what to do and am frustrated. If I have to remove the song and start over, so be it, but I am afraid I would have to pay the see again. I would appreciate any advice. Thank you!
