Problems with Samsung Galaxy Book4 Pro

I bought this laptop back in August and have been having loads of problems with it. It can be really laggy at times over basic stuff like PowerPoint and Word. On a few occasions even crashing.

I went to IT support at my university and they recommended I update the software, which did stop it happening as frequently but it’s still not what I’d expect from a brand new laptop.

I use the laptop for uni work and some graphic design bits on Adobe. So it’s not a storage problem. I also have virus protection with McAfee so I really don’t know what else it could be.

Is anyone else having issues? Any advice would be really appreciated :)
