"3rd album": Bands where you wished for a new release

So lots of HC bands don't make it to an album at all after a few EPs or a demo. And some release at least one or two albums while finding directions or changing styles - and call it quits afterwards. From which bands would you have liked to see a new release and why. Here are some of mine - keen to hear yours :)

• Sinking Ships: Loved the melodic style of Meridian, Disonnecting had some hits but the EP afterwards was a different direction. The 3rd album was already finished for the most part according to the singer.

• The Golden Age: First one was rough, I really like the 2nd one Unlock Yourself, great vocals and guitar melodies. Had hopes the 3rd one follows up

• Final Fight: EP was alright, Under Attack is gold, 2nd one was great but different vocals, different vibe.

• Champion: first album was them finding direction, Promises Kept is gold from front to back, the EP foreshadowed a sort of harsher, even more serious style

• Betrayed: the EP is amazing, Substance is a gold but the EP afterwards was pretty rough without the guitar riffs and uplifting vocals

• ON: the album is amazing overall. Would have loved to see them follow up with a similar style and liked it better than True Identity

• In My Eyes: I always hear 'The Demo was better than the first album', have not checked it out. But bot albums had hits while the second was far more melodic.

• Go It Alone: EP and Only Blood Between Us are gold, Historied as well but it foreshadowed Devotion and what GIA might have morphed into according to the singer. (Would be amazing if the final shows ever gets a video release)

• Another Breath: I enjoy the EP and most songs on Mill City more but The God Complex had a great concept. Would have been interesting how the next one would have been like

• Have Heart: According to the singer, The Things we carry was too clean. I like both of their a albums but bands like Clear and Free sound much more to the vibe of TTWC so I wonder if they would have returned to that style and atmosphere.

• Landscapes: first album is a banger, second one did not catch me. So I had hopes they return to the style of the first one
