Help with running 2 windows drives with only one of them booting Windows

I wanna build a new PC with the new unused drive as the Windows drive so I don't have to spend time backing up all the data on my current C drive because I'm switching from Intel to AMD so Windows might not even boot after the upgrade.

After running the new PC I wanna put all the other drives in it including the one I'm currently running windows on.

-Will it boot even though there's another drive with Win 11 on it
-Will there be any driver conflicts?
-If there are driver conflicts I'll just delete the Windows folder on the old one but I need to know if it will even boot so I don't lose everything
