Looking for TMJ specialist recommendations (RIVERSIDE, CA)

Hello, A doctor in monterey, CA made me a tmj splint. I've had it for almost a year. I moved back to riverside area. I'm just in so much pain. Im trying to have a positive attitude. The splint did decrease some pain... The splint was around $5,000 no payment plan. I think he quoted 20,000 for surgery. I remember him saying my jaw was destroyed, but we chose the splint. I need help. I'm feeling so low. I can hardly eat and food equals fuel. I can't focus on anything. I'm having teeth sensitivity, too. Doesn't feel like cavity ache if that makes sense.
