Easy meat dish I can’t screw up for Easter?

Due to the financial and health struggles of my extended family members this year, I (a terrible cook) have reluctantly agreed to host Easter dinner. I have solid recipes for sides (mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, mac and cheese), but always struggle to cook a meat dish without either undercooking it, drying it out, or somehow making it devoid of any flavor.

I do have a crockpot chicken and gravy recipe that’s relatively simple but about half of my family prefers their meat without gravy. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Are there any main dish recipes out there that even terrible chefs can make delicious?
