worst experience with ATS, can i do anything right now?

i just wrote my final exam. this is my first time in ATS. when youre there they give u a timer but also record your time in the back. i was pacing myself based on the timer. i took one break, say around 5-8 min. ofc i let them know.

i used my own timer according to when i went on and off my break. I am 100% certain my timer followed the correct time.

not only did they come to me and tell me i had 9 minutes left of my test…it didnt even match with my timer at all LOL. i had 18 minutes left. it was a whole 10 mins off.

i rushed to get my answers it but ofc i didnt finish. i ask them to check their time again but its literally off.

why are they letting me know i have less then 10 minutes left. couldnt at least say 30 mins so i would of anticipated that the timers were not correct:

this was literally awful and so fucking stressful i would of prefered a regular sitting where they let you know at the half and 30 mins marks. it was a bad idea to do ATS.

now not only is this going to mess my mark in the class as i have scored high this far it will hurt my average…

can i email someone about this? any similar experiences?
