West Wing Tour DC

Hello guys,

I am writing this post in the chance that maybe there is a White house staff person in this community,

My boyfriend and I will be visiting DC in ending of June for his birthday only for a couple of days. We are both huge history nerds and I myself am interested in politics. We have a Capital Building tour scheduled and currently waiting to hear back for the east wing tour. Would like to surprise him for the west wing tour but its going to be a great getaway regardless. That being said, I'm very excited to visit your hometown. If you guys have any tips or must try restaurants for DC feel free to comment. Thanks guys.
