Trumps 90 day tariffs - beginner

I’ve been prepping to invest (not trying to time the market but make sure I invest correctly) but Trump just announced a pause on the tariffs.

I was very close to cost dollars averaging my savings (like 500 a day) but it looks like the market is going to rise for the foreseeable future until the 90 day mark.

Should I still stick with the strategy of time in the market and invest now or would you hold off till the tariffs come back?
