Steering Responsiveness Question

After searching this subreddit, and watching videos on YouTube, I have two questions, as a new owner, that I have not found answers for. I imagine that is because there is no answer except "Sorry, no can do." But here it goes:

1. Can the steering responsiveness be adjusted? I am coming from a Model 3, and the steering was so much tighter. Is there a way to make the steering responsiveness stiffer?

2. Can the volume of the turn signal noise be adjusted?
