Moving to Jax, what's the process for getting a FL drivers license?

Got a job in Jacksonville and planning on making the move permanent. I have a valid NY license, but I understand that I need one for Florida to register my car there. How hard will it be to get a new license, do I need to take a test, or is it a one for one swap? TIA, I can't wait to get down there!
