Writing a letter to a judge to extend or renew a restraining order

Location: Wisconsin

I don't even know where to start with this, to be honest. I need help figuring out what to put and how to format the letter to the judge to get my restraining order against my mom's ex extended/renewed. I live in Wisconsin and have had this order against him since 2021, and recently, since he is still in contact with my mom due to guardianship stuff with my younger sister, he has made it clear that he's been very aware of when the order is ending this year. He made it a point to bring it up during a recent court meeting with my mom over child support, which, when I found out, caused me to shake uncontrollably. When I got the order against him, it was for child abuse, and it would have also been for SA, but due to too much time having passed since it happened, there was not enough evidence for it, and that account had been dropped. Which, in all honesty, didn't bother me much since I still got the restraining order, and I figured by the time it was up that maybe he would have cooled off enough to leave me well enough alone. Even though he used to take me with him to drive past his ex-wife's house, despite her also having a restraining order against him. I've moved about, but I know that he's disturbed enough to keep tabs on things like that, especially since I'm back in the area due to my mom's health issues. I'm desperate at this point, so any advice would be great.
