Any current or prior residents of Muse Apartments in Slabtown?

Would be curious to hear a recent impression of living here! I had a virtual tour and the layout is great with a very reasonable price. I have considerations about:
- No A/C. However, they do provide a portable unit and have a special plexiglass insert already installed in the window so you can hook it up. The unit is NW facing.
- Parking matrix instead of standard garage spots...
There's not a ton of reviews online, which generally makes me think it's pretty standard living experience; nothing crazy good or bad.
