Salary bump from 35k to 60K

I come from a lower-middle-class family and contribute 20% to household expenses. Joined my current company as a fresher at 17k/month. They keep giving raises without asking or any achievements to retain people at end of first year salary got upto 35k from initial 17k.

Company offered 60k/month to continue for another year after initial commitment of 1 year. Basically they were trying to buy me out. I accepted the offer. The job is super fruitful but very slow and offers very less responsibility. Other companies will give me more freedom on decision making.

Industry standard is 25k/month, so leaving would mean a big pay cut (60-25=35k less). Feeling guilty for staying just for the money and worried I'm wasting my early career years. Should I leave or stay ?
