I (23m) have this odd blister on my big toe

Male 23 175 pounds 5 foot 4

Diagnoses: Cerebral Paulsy

I woke up this morning with this gross yellow blister by the nail of my big toe, it doesn't hurt very much though it does itch a little

Should i see a physician? Could something this small seriously harm me? Image link below
