Care advice for a metal allergy reaction?

Hi all! I've had my lobes pierced for nearly 2 decades, and my seconds for just over a decade, and recently - just after getting some new earrings - my primary lobes have gotten really itchy and periodically leak a crusting fluid. It's not swollen or red, there just seems to be a lot of irritation inside the piercing and my whole lobe is quite itchy.

I've stopped wearing the offending posts, went out and bought new, high-quality gold posts, and have been spraying the area with an aftercare solution of sodium hypochlorite + phosphoric acid. It's been a couple of weeks now, though, and my ear is still pretty itchy. Do I just need to stick it out a bit longer with this care, or do I need to change something in my routine?
