Other Spring Fertility patients - nervous about recent lawsuits?
I'm a Spring Fertility patient in the Bay Area and I saw the article below yesterday regarding two (I think) lawsuits against the company for malpractice regarding of embryos.
I actually think someone this article is too harsh--you can find negative Yelp reviews for any company and pretty much all fertility care in the US is for-profit.
I'm curious if anyone who is a patient there has a perspective on whether the clinic has really changed in terms of quality of care over the last few years; we've had our ups and downs with them but overall it has seemed like all of their systems and processes are very professional and top of the line, but I've never done a transfer with them.
I'm about to have my first ever embryo transfer with them this spring or summer and of course this article is anxiety-inducing!
