Is that a good choice?

I am a newbie in laptops world but I need to buy new laptop. I got confused which one to pick. Need it mostly to edit videos/photos, use some AI. My budget is around 1000$ and I found Lenovo LOQ 15IAX9 with 512SSD, 16GB, i5, nvidia geforce RTX4050 for around 900$. Is that a good choice? Maybe you guys can recommend me something better?
