Blood on bare hands.

Good evening, female 37 years old. I was going about my buisness and see a young boy be stabbed. I automatically went into help mode and stemmed the bleeding. My question is though is that I wasn't wearing gloves. I didn't think at the time and helped the poor boy. I was covered all over my hands. I've no cuts. Would I need to see my GP to be checked over?
