Why some people feel the need to type "ez" in post-game chat?

I just played a bubba game in the event where a TTV player said it was an easy game for him against me, even though my pc was running the game dropping frames I still played fair letting them save and stuff, if I knew he would type stuff like "easy match, cute bubba" in all caps etc I would certainly just camp and tunnel him, like bro I just wanna do my blood moon tome no need to be rude with other people.

I know I can just ignore and move on (I didn't type a single word, was just reading) but it felt really weird to me.
