Looking for submissive Tist

This is a bit of a weird request, but I'm a 23 M Dom who still has am enjoyment for hypnosis. If possible, I was looking for a submissive Tist to essentially take me and turn me into their ideal dominant partner. I was hopefully looking for something long term, full personality reconstruction hypnosis.

A sub who wouldn't mind letting me practice getting better on hypnosis on them would just be icing on the cake.
