Fluid in ear feeling?

Does anyone else feel like they always have pressure or fluid in their ears/feel their ears pop a lot? Is this a histamine reaction? Any solutions? (besides low histamine diet, anti-histamines, quercetin, etc. assuming that's what this is...) Thanks, friends!
