Where do I find the /run path?

I'm new to Linux and the file structures are confusing me. A lot of guides reference /run/home/emulation. I can easily find the emulation folder but I was wondering how do I get back to the Linux equivalent of C: drive and being able to navigate folders individually? I got familiar with windows by manually navigating this way for a few months but I can't figure it out on Linux. Where do I see all the drives listed out like in windows?
