Facebook Ads account disabled by mistake, Need Help

"Your ad account has been disabled. Add a payment method to continue running ads."

Tried Adding Debit Card for payment but it fails after 5 minutes and then tells me to wait for 10 minutes to retry i have tried 10 times already fed up a little by now

Any way to reactivate the account?? because it is not letting me add or create a new one
