Next steps for my monstera?

Hello! I do not have a natural green thumb and need some help on what to do next for my monstera. I bought her 3 yrs ago and besides repotting to the ceramic pot, haven't done anything besides watering. She's pretty much stayed the same size and will pop out a few new leaves here and there (just put out one a couple days ago). I'm now wiling to put the time in to be a good plant parent and after doing some research, I learned that she needs a support and maybe a new pot? I don't know what her roots look like and I don't know the composition of the soil besides that it doesn't have a special drainage system in place.

So, besides a support stick, should I repot her in the same pot with new soil and some sort of drainage? Or a bigger pot? I saw on another post that the roots can get stuck to ceramic and to use a plastic one inside incase that happens. And what is a good routine for watering/using fertilizer? Any help is great, thanks!
