Concerns about mom

My mom 69 F has had many different issues after having a very bad nervous breakdown that had her in and out of the hospital for 2 years. Before this happened she was on medication for high blood pressure and has a lupus like autoimmune disease but doesn’t have to be medicated for as per her doctor.They had her very heavily medicated and still have her medicated on various anti depressants and anxiety meds (has severe panic attacks)Ever since then she has been both physically and emotionally different. She is now complaining of severe back pain, has started dragging her feet while walking and steps toes first. She also now shakes, has stomach issues (complains mostly about nausea and constipation) and is very out of it. Her memory loss is also concerning, she can’t really remember long term things but also some short term (conversations we had recently) I am unsure of is this is just her aging or if there’s something medically going on. We have had ekg, mri of her brain and tons of blood tests and everything has come back normal for a person of her age range. Thanks in advance!
