New player tips

Literally just bought Ace Combat 7. I've been interested in it for a while and just bought it on sale. I'm excited to play but everything I look up I feel is so far from being beginner friendly that I literally end up with a headache tryna understand. All I know is Su-30 good? F-22 better? X-02 looks cool? Just need some tips and tricks from players . What you wish you knew when you started, different maneuvers (I'm on PS5) literally anything.
