Wake windows and catnaps

Hi everyone, I see a lot of people talk about wake windows and how they are a life saviour. I haven't had the privilege yet because my 9 weeks old baby boy hardly sleeps during the day. He will usually fall asleep after a feed (breastfeeding) and it lasts for 20-30 min most of the times. So I was wondering how the wake windows apply in this scenario. Please share your knowledge about this topic, it will be of great help to me.
