Best skin tints for neutral skin tones?

Hello I’m kind of realizing I don’t much prefer foundations as it always looks too cakey and is more coverage than I’m needing, fortunately I have skin with little blemishes however I do use full coverage concealer for my under eyes (elf concealer and nyx bare with me) however , I have no idea what is the best skin tints for normal to dry skin?

Recommendations welcome both high end and drugstore
