Question: how do you avoid silent air from shyness and locking in when streaming a game?

This is moreso me looking for advice because I'm actively trying to be less quiet when streaming. To be clear i used to be WAY worse about this but what's helped so far is either streaming with friends or having more people in chat in order to keep me yapping. I used to struggle with crippling stage fright with streaming and I've definitely gotten better about it, but i still feel i have a ways to go and actively want to overcome this to be a better entertainer. To fellow vtubers: Do you all have any advice for someone who gets a little shy or a little too focused on the game when streaming?
