What is the best way to build a Lillie's ribombee+ clefairy decks?

I know Lillie's ribombee isnt that great. But I like the card and find it so cute. (Actually. I like al of Lillie's cards hahaha) I also like Lillie as a character

I know clefairy ex is a good standalone card. But I really want to make the idea of a Lillie's deck work. (I.e force opponent to flood their own board with basics? Deny them bench slots? Snipe benched pokemone?)

But is there anyway to make a deck focused around ribombee and clefairy ex work?
