Delay when switching in Serato effects

Is anyone else experiencing this?

When I switch in any Serato effect, I hear a momentary gap in the audio, and then (whilst the effect is running) I experience a slight delay in the audio signal - enough to throw a mix slightly out of sync and need to push the platter to bring it back in sync.

Just brought the Performer (and immediately updated to the latest firmware). My previous mixer and decks didn't allow me to use the Serato effects, so not sure if this is simply an issue with the Serato effects, or a compatibility issue with the performer.

Other than that, I'm loving the Performer. It's an amazing bit of kit! I excited to actually try it out at gigs this weekend!
