Need help choosing between my monitor and TV for PS5

I have what would be considered a good problem to have - I am downsizing my gaming setup and am stuck choosing between keeping my monitor or my TV. For years I have had a 48 inch LG C1 for gaming and watching movies, but more recently I have spent a lot of time both gaming and working on my Sony INZONE M9. Like I said, I am downsizing and trying to create more space but am having trouble deciding between the two. I mostly play MP games, but I also enjoy single player graphical showcase games like TLOU, Ghost of Tsushima, etc. that shine with HDR. The HDR on the M9 is passable but is outstanding on the C1... the only true drawbacks of keeping the Cl are the size difference and the potential risk for burn-in (I usually only play the same 3 games every day). Any insight would be appreciated!
