PLEASE HELPPPPPPP! beginner here

Hey everyone I hope that you guys are doing great i am preparing for step 1 , I need sincere and honest guidance please . I am not a tech guy and anki and these techs are new for me and my friends are not guiding me as well . I have no clue which deck to use and where to find it any experience and humble human please guide me . I want to work on researches and make my cv strong how do I work on that , where should i get guidance because I am the only hope of my parents and want to make them proud . how do I manage med school and step 1 together and when should I give my step 1 ,I am in 3rd year my proff is in Dec and my college is not ecfmg certified ,what should do about it will I be able to attempt step 1
