Partial refund

Selling wise does anyone have experience with this. Someone isn’t happy with some trainers I sold, saying the insoles are damaged, they are quite worn but I did include pictures of this.

I’ve offered them a partial refund (30%) but it’s been nearly 3 days now and they’ve not responded.. what happens from here?
