Does OW or ODSP make you ineligible for loans/grants for tuition?

As the title suggests.

I’m not disabled enough to claim disability but not well enough to be working full time either. I’m looking at getting my masters but I’d for certain have to take a loan out.

Perhaps working part time and then applying for OSAP?
