Strange Game disc swap in the case
When I was around 10, I got an Xbox 360. It was my first console ever, despite it being years old by then, I was grateful as it was a console my uncle owned before he gave it to me one day because he had no more use for it and I had been playing Portal on it whenever I visited him.. Well at least I tried to. I got a few games on it. On the HDD I had games like Minecraft, Trials HD, Serious Sam, Portal to name a few, and for physical copies I got Bully, some Halo game I didn't play, a Splinter Cell game, Lego Batman 2 and Lego Indiana Jones.
I really liked Lego Batman 2. It was mindblowing to my 10 year old brain since the last time I played a Lego Game was back on a friend's Wii with Lego Batman 1.
One saturday night I went to play some Xbox, like I always did on saturday nights because I was allowed to stay up late. I opened the case to Lego Batman 2 and... Banjo Kazooie?
I didn't own a Banjo Kazooie game, nor had I ever seen this particular game, being Nuts n Bolts. Where the fuck did this come from? I don't remember seeing this in my uncle's collection of games either whenever I visited him.
I put the disc inside the console because I thought of a scenario being me forgetting the Batman disc inside the console and my Uncle having brought a disc he had found in his house and put it in the case while I was at my friend's house, which made sense because he visits quite often since he lives like 5 minutes away and my mom is always home since my dad works.
The thingy on the menu screen said "Play Banjo Kazooie: Nuts n Bolts". I started the game up and it booted up with the Lego Batman 2 startup. I was so confused. I got to the main menu of the game and ejected the disc. It was now Lego Batman 2 again. I sat there for like 5 minutes in a cross-legged position making the most confused faces my sore face muscles could ever make. I even teared up a bit with shivers down my body.
I told my uncle about it later but he just thought I was bullshitting.
Maybe it was my tired brain messing with me. Maybe I had seen the game somewhere and I got some weird hallucination from being too sleepy.
