Drowning in my exec's email overload - send help!

Hey all! My exec gets flooded with 100-150 emails daily and I'm struggling to keep them in the loop without overwhelming them with every single thread.

They need to stay informed across departments but definitely don't need to respond to everything. The worst is when they get blindsided in meetings about something that was buried in their inbox.

I've tried a few different approaches but nothing's really clicking yet. Would love to hear what's working for everyone else!

Do you do daily summaries? Special filters? Some kind of inbox magic I haven't discovered yet?

This email situation is seriously taking over my life so any tips would be super appreciated!
