[Question] Finding limited edition in Tokyo?

I'm trying to track down a Prospex Alpinist GMT SPB493J.

I went to Wako and Dream Square when I was in Tokyo in February and no luck.

I'm traveling back in a month - any tips on ways to track it down while I am there?
